  • Personalized or custom items may not be eligible unless defective.

How to Return:

  2. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping address.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
  • If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
